Shinnyo-en Singapore training centre organised an inter-faith speaker series, as part of its inter-faith engagement. On 28 March, Bishop Terry Kee from the Christian faith came to the training centre to enlighten our members about Christianity. It was an enriching experience to learn about other religions, living in a diverse cultural and religious landscape.

Lunar New Year is the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays. Last week, Shinnyo-en hosted important guests, Mr Tan Chuan-Jin, Member of Parliament for Marine Parade GRC and representatives from several faiths to usher Year of the Goat with a celebratory “Lo-Hei” event to mark the Lunar New year.
