International Coastal Clean-up 2015

The adverse effect of litter on the shoreline often means that the litter will go into the sea smothering small animals. Having been part of the Singapore community over the last 20 years, Shinnyo-en contributes to the environmental wellbeing through its annual participation in the International Coastal Clean-up. This year, Shinnyo-en members together with Pertapis participated at the East Coast Park clean-up, the biggest volunteer clean-up in Singapore.
